SOVOS S3200 Modular Safety Helmet

The SOVOS S3200 Safety Helmet is a modern, modular safety helmet designed for industrial head protection, comfort and flexible on-site use. Supplied in white as standard, the S3200 features an interchangeable shell cover system, allowing the helmet colour to be changed for company branding, department identification or job role recognition.

Designed and certified in Europe, this modular safety helmet is suitable for demanding work environments where protection, comfort and accessory compatibility are essential. The S3200 is certified to both EN 397 and EN 12492, giving users flexibility depending on the required chinstrap configuration and application.

Modular Helmet System

The SOVOS S3200 is more than a standard safety helmet. Its interchangeable shell cover system allows the same white helmet base to be adapted with different coloured covers, helping sites create a consistent and professional colour-coded helmet system. Covers are available in clear, black, red, orange, yellow, blue and green, with bespoke colour options also available subject to minimum order quantities.

Comfort & Fit

With smooth ratchet adjustment, front and rear height adjustment, lateral headband adjustment and washable comfort padding, the S3200 is designed for all-day wear. The headband and chinstrap have also been developed for use with compatible hearing protection, making this safety helmet a practical option for construction, utilities, engineering, manufacturing and industrial environments.
